The Society of American Florists, in partnership with Texas A & M has a study of how flower arrangements impact on overall performance and well-being in the place of work. Some of the highlights of the study:
? Problem solving, idea generation and creative performance improve substantially in workplace environments that include flowers and plants.
???? The men who participated in the study generated 30 percent more ideas when working in environments with flowers and plants than those without.
???? While men produce a greater abundance of ideas, research shows that women produce more creative and flexible solutions to problems in work environments with flowers and plants.
